All students are at different places in their wing chun practice. During forms practice each student works on whatever form they are on.
2 Man Drills, Exercises and Forms.
The Chicago Fut Sao Wing Chun Association utilizes a variety of different means to achieve
fighting proficiency within the system. Sensitivity exercises such as
Chi-Sao, Lap Sao, Poon Sao and Dan Chi Sao are some items practiced.
Students also practice the 2 man fighting forms that accompany each
form, work on san-sao (self-defense) applications, and a variety of
other drills.
